Just one day after Bush rejected the legislative plan to authorize federal support of stem cell research, the governor of California did something amazing. He put up $150 million Californian dollars.So what if this move helps to distance him from an increasingly unpopular president. At least he's doing the right thing.

The political motivation behind this action is clear, but it's an action I support. I thought it was important to post on it since I saw NO national media coverage on this issue.
