That's the sound of the doors of justice slamming shut.
I hate guntanemo Sorry i I misspelled that. I just don't like the way that they are treated. I know that they are supposed terreoist. I just thought America should be above that. I have real bad feeling about where this country will end up we already started down the wrong path. Now that Pres. Bush can decide who is a terrorist, and then strip their rights away. Even an american citizen. I am fearful of what we maybe becoming. Absolute power, absolute corruption.

I fear that the Supreme Court will not overturn the Appeals Court decision, this time, because Bush has packed it with Roberts and Scalito. Therefore it's up to Congress to restore Habeas Corpus, which the Military Commissions Act, passed by the GOP dominated 109th revoked.
