If it took al Qaeda from 2003-2005 to organize in Iraq, than by Bush's own admission, his 2003 statements about al Qaeda's involvement in Iraq as a justification to invade were lies.
Al Qaeda is so firmly established in the border region between Afghanistan and Pakistan they already have a perfectly fine location from which to attack us.
All the terrorists Bush listed are either dead or in US custody. The threat from them is gone. The fear card Bush is playing is obsolete.
