...from my two weeks too short vacation in Maui. I
swam with schools of fish and a family of sea turtles,
hiked to the top of waterfalls and dove off the cliffs,
waded in saltwater pools on cooled lava beds,
and inhaled the beautiful, lush vistas on the road to Hana.
I ate fresh ono, mahi mahi, and ahi, as much and as often
as I could. And because I didn't turn on the TV once while
we were there, for my vacation I pretended that
the world was perfect.
